The artwork
All paintings, images, videos and text on this site are the work of Aaron Thomas Hinds and are protected by copyright. Buying a print or product gives you the item, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork. Please don't use images from this site without written permission. To ask, email aaronthinds@gmail.com.
Products and pricing
We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary and printed colors may look a little different. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and cancel orders affected by an error, with a full refund.
Orders and shipping
Prints and apparel are made to order by our print partner and shipped from their facilities. Production and shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy.
Original paintings
Original paintings are sold in person at Tyler Fine Art Gallery. Prices listed online for originals are for information and may change. Availability is confirmed at the time of sale.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed, or use it to send spam. Links to other sites, like YouTube or the gallery's website, are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Limits of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Smith County, Texas.
